The Boston Bruins have traded the rights for forward Benoit Pouliot to the Tampa Bay Lightning for forward Michel Ouellet and the 131st pick of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. The Bruins selected Seth Griffith with their 131st pick. He is a center that plays for the London in the OHL.
Pouliot had 32 points with the Bruins last season and he was selected 4th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
Ouellet had 31 points with the Norfolk Admirals in the AHL.
