Skinner Suspended Two Games

Carolina Hurricanes forward Jeff Skinner has been suspended two games for kicking St. Louis Blues forward Scott Nichol. This suspension will be without pay  and Skinner is ordered to forfeit $9729.72 of his annual salary to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.

The Hurricanes will have to face the Minnesota Wild and the Winnipeg Jets without Jeff Skinner in their line-up.
